Bellemore was the 18th restaurant concept Grip opened with Boka Restaurant Group. The brief called for something rooted in the foraging tradition: a high-end brasserie built on the idea that the best ingredients are found, not manufactured. I worked alongside the chef, interior designer, and ownership team to bring that idea into a full brand system. Within months of opening, Vogue Magazine named Bellemore the Most Beautiful Restaurant in Chicago. Brand ephemera from the project continues to circulate on social media, shared by patrons and staff alike.


I led the engagement and coordinated directly with Studio K, the interior design partner. The relationship opened several additional large-scale hospitality projects for Grip. I also led photoshoot efforts with the creative team to document the brand in its full physical environment.
